• Regular contact and feedback 
• Unlimited emails with an advisor
• Monthly visits
• Regular zoom calls
• QIP review and self assessment support

• Ensure the service is working on, or meeting all aspects of the NQS
• Ensure the Educational Leader understands their role and is working within the guidelines of the role. 
• Have a strategic plan to allow for growth and development

This program is great for a service that wishes to have

• Quarterly visits
• Regular zoom calls
• Advisor attendance at staff meetings
• QIP review and refresh
• Specific NQF training

This program is great for services with 

• Very specific goals
• A group of services that require different elements of support
• A small service
• A family day care service/co-ordination unit
• An OSHC service
• Looking for 1-1 mentorship as a director. 

Fees and timescale will vary for this program option and will be discussed in detail with your Early Childhood Advisor to put together a plan that meets your needs.
