QIP review/writing support

The Quality improvement plan (QIP) or Self Assessment Tool (SAT) is often a troublesome element of any service. 

If you are not familiar with this tool, QIP writing is difficult especially knowing if you're on the right track or if what your writing is meaningful or even relevant. 

Common concerns can be, 

• How do I know if I am recording the right information?
• How do I ensure the strengths and improvements don't contradict each other?
• How can I ensure I am recording the exceeding themes in an effective way?
• How do I word it? I don't know where to start?

- You paste into your QIP or SAT.
