Created by me, a sector professional and former Authorised Officer, this tool is designed to give you the breathing space you need to focus on other priorities.

This checklist is easy to follow, guiding you through every mandatory Law & Regulation accompanied by the benchmarks of quality in the NQS. I have also included plenty of advice and ideas I've gathered over the years.

We understand your time is precious and limited. Our checklist is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to pause and resume whenever you have a moment. It's easy to follow and simple to delegate if necessary. We recommend dedicating around 2-3 hours per week over 6-8 weeks to complete it. However, the actual time required will depend on factors such as your tenure, familiarity with the service, the time you can allocate to the checklist, and how quickly you need to finish.

With the multitude of responsibilities in your role, it can often feel like you're chasing your tail trying to ensure everything is complete, up-to-date, and compliant. Utilising a checklist enables you to mark tasks as done, giving you the confidence that you are on top of everything in real time.
