The Quality improvement plan (QIP) or Self Assessment Tool (SAT) is often a troublesome element of any service. 

If you are not familiar with this tool, QIP writing can be tricky especially knowing if you're on the right track or if what your writing is meaningful or even relevant. 

Common concerns can be, 

• How do I know if I am recording the right information?
• How do I ensure the strengths and improvements don't contradict each other?
• How can I ensure I am recording the exceeding themes in an effective way?
• How do I word it? I don't know where to start? 

We will ensure you are compliant with the National law and Regulations as well as as ensure your QIP/SAT truely reflects your service and highlights your greatness!

We will set up several zoom sessions to write your QIP with you;

- We ask the right questions

- We cover a different quality area at each session

- You give us as much information as possible (we will prompt too) 

- We record the details and send it back to you

- You paste into your QIP or SAT.
